BuonaVera is a Boutique Strategy Consulting Firm founded by Iryna Protas in late 2022, offering comprehensive expertise in providing real estate consulting and financial services in private and corporate banking and we are always looking for high quality individual financial solutions and opportunities for our clients. We speak Greek, English, Ukrainian, Russian and Latvian.
Dr. Nikolay Zinenko
45 years’ experience in Marine Industry: 27 years at sea and 18 years ashore at ship management companies as Technical Director. Holder of the First-Class Chief Engineer Certificate and PhD degree in Marine Engineering. 10 years membership of the INTERTANKO Technical and Environmental Committees. Developed a proactive approach to Environmental management that includes identification of sources of marine and atmospheric pollution, and measures for the reduction of potential impacts, both onboard and ashore; kept control of bunker and lube oils consumption effectiveness by the fleet entire. Headed development of required by IMO, EU and local Regulations Environmental plans and procedures as well as performed a lot of Energy Audits onboard the vessels with issuing of recommendations how to be in compliance with Rules and Regulations.
